Full Description
Healing well which is shown on the OS maps from the 1st edition map onwards. It is more of a sump with water flowing into it than a well and occurs at the junction of a couple of drains. It is too far downslope to be the source of a burn and it lies next to an old trackway.
MORRIS, 1982, SCOTTISH HEALING WELLS, 28 (Bibliographic reference). SAB1157.
