Full Description
Healing well which is shown on the OS map from the 1st edition map onwards. It is marked as a Chalybeate Well and shown as the source of the Whitestripe Burn. Whitestripe has been canalised into a channel and the well has either diminished to a muddy hole or is another sump. There is an old trackway nearby.
