Full Description
Remains of a recumbent stone circle, now reduced to six stones. of which only the west flanker is still upright. The recumbent, which measures 4.1 m long and 0.65 m thick has fallen inwards and split in two. There are three prostrate stones and the east flanker has fallen out of position. The west flanker, according to OS Name Book, was re-erected by locals in 1799 and was still standing in 1900.
