Full Description
Farmstead, still in use, depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. The 1st edition shows a rectangular range and farmhouse, set at right angles, with an enclosure adjacent to the east and a well to the southeast, depicted as Bawhinto. Three small rectangular buildings had been added by the time of the 2nd edition, with the farmstead depicted as Behinties. Remains of a whin-mill were noted in 1925, the course destroyed and the crushing stone removed. On the current OS edition map the farmhouse and range are shown with alterations and additions, only one of the previous outbuildings remain, and the well is no longer shown.
