Full Description

Cemetery, still in use, dating from the later 19th century and depicted on the OS 2nd edition map. It contains four Commonweath war graves of the First World War (Lance Corporal Leonard Birnie , Gordon Highlanders, and Private W Hardie, Labour Corps) and Second World War (Private Kenneth James Malcolm, Gordon Highlanders, and Aircraftman Thomas Steven Taberner, RAF Volunteer Reserve). There are also memorials to others killed in the First and Second World Wars. The village war memorial (NJ51NE0169) stands just outside the cemetery.
