Full Description

A plain Georgian Gothic parish church, built in 1863. It is of a rectangular plan, with a South-facing entrance gable that has a pointed-headed doorway and similarly shaped flanking windows. It is harled, with contrasting painted long and short dressings, and has a granite apex bellcote and a slate roof. The bell was installed in 1887. There is Y-tracery in the fanlight and upper the lights of multi-pane windows. The three-bay flanks have plain square-headed windows. There is a blind plaque in the South gable. There is a hall and ancillary buildings to the West. The hall has a re-used datestone that is inscribed 'Findochty 1824'.

Period Notes
Built in 1861-3, and opened for worship on 1 March 1863. The bell was installed in 1887. Listed designation was given on 22/02/1972.
