Full Description

Late 19th century, substantial 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house facing east onto street. It has a southeast angle bay and south gable with entrance to No 96 giving onto a lane. Constructed of tooled ashlar frontage with harl pointed rubble gable and rear, and polished ashlar dressings. Central recessed round-headed and hoodmoulded doorway with cable moulded detailing and monogram above. Ground floor segmental-headed tripartites and similar detailed bipartites in first floor. Three gabled dormers, the outer flanked by stiff-leaf capital led nook shafts as jambs to segmental-headed windows. Angle bay corbelled out at first floor level with window and worn datestone. Windows have 2-pane glazing. Corniced entrance in lane to No 96 and single storey and attic, 2-bay rear wing. Corniced end stacks and slate roofs.
