Full Description

Remains of farmstead, depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps as a U-shaped range with an attached garden to the south, and enclosures to the north. It is now situated within a clearing at edge of a forestry plantation and comprises the ruins of a building lying north-south and two wings extending eastwards. To the south is a mill pond which fed a wheel set in a deep pit on the west side of the north-south range.
