Full Description
Small mound suggested by the OS Name Book (1871) to be the site of a stone circle. OS site visit 1972 noted that it was known locally as a 'fairy hillock' and the site more suggestive of a tumulus than a stone circle. Visited by RCAHMS in 1990 who recorded that the mound had been reduced to little more than a low swelling in the surface of a field, and that in its present ploughed state it appears a natural feature.
