Full Description
Remains of farmstead, depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as a S-plan farmstead with a well. On the 2nd edition OS map a building has been added to the east, almost joining to form a U-plan at the eastern end. Current maps show only one rectangular building remains. A walkover survey was conducted in 2008 and a desk-based assessment in 2014, both by AOC Archaeology (NJ44SE0088). The walkover survey recorded the building as an unroofed rubble-built structure.
