Full Description
Remains of a house and site of earlier manor. The remains of a 3-storey building with two turrets are noted here, with a windowhead observed lying on ground bearing the date 1698 with the arms of the Gordon and Burnett families. On the 1846 1st edition and the 1888 2nd edition OS maps a mill lade is depicted running towards the house. The lade still survives today as a partial field drain.
