Description

Excavation recorded the urn, buried inverted, containing a carefully organised cremation deposit. The pit had also been packed with pyre debris. Pit fill removed by I A G Shepherd for examination 29/4/86 - consisted of black ashy material with some cremated bone. Director: IAG SHEPHERD Auspices: GRC Fund: GRC 100% of the total area was evaluated
