Description

An area of cleared forestry covering approximately 12 hectares walked, comprising an intensive grid based survey (80m x 80m) was carried out over a possible hut circle (NJ50NW 61) and transect survey over the extended area. Two further monuments were identified during the fieldwalk: a hillside cairn (NJ 5106 0725) and a second circular feature (NJ 5099 0706 - MAB12016).
