Description

The most exposed parts of the eroding section of Midden C were cleaned, recorded and sampled. The midden and surrounding area were also augered to establish the extent of the midden deposits through examining the presence/absence of shell layers. Four test pits were excavated across Midden A, and five test pits at Midden B.
